Co-op

From MEC to Co-op.

On our way to MEC for some sport gears, Beebee headed towards the local grocery store "Co-op". Soon he realized he made a mistake and tried to pretend he took the wrong turn. We parked 1 block away from Co-op and re-routed to the real Mountain Equipment Co-op shortly after.

Hehe, he is a cute one.

Farmers Market

We planned to visit the new local Farmers Market today.  Beebee spent 5 to 10 minutes setting up the travel routes on his iPhone GPS app before our departure. And we arrived at this somewhat deserted outdoor marketplace in the industrial area.  Well, we eventually ended up at the right farmers market, new and indoor. At least, we both visited two markets today. Lots of sightseeing  ;)

pick pick

Beebee was picking his nose like usual tonight. But, this time, he used the wrong finger! Oh, no!
And He scratched his nose because of that *hehe*.

pot pot pot hole

Vroom vroom~
Today humble bee spotted an abnormally large pothole on the road. In order to avoid it, he swerved to the right. He then realized the pothole was to the right of the car. It was a fail in faulty reaction.

University of Alberta

Bebe wrote a nice letter to the professors of different universities to ask for information for one of her projects. However, she forgot to change and tailor the university name to the corresponding university. All the letters said "University of Alberta"

On another unrelated note. Bebe went to the dentist a whole hour early! The dentist asked her, "You do realize you're an hour early, right?" On top of that, she forgot her wallet and couldn't pay them until the next day.

Headphone FTW

Ever considerate, Bebe Geek, who likes to watch TV late at night, did not want to disturb others with loud sound decided to use a headphone one evening.

She plugs it in and got it to work without issue... but mentioned to Bee it's too bad she has to sit so close to the monitor.

Humble Bee tells her she shouldn't have to. The cord, when uncurled, is more than long enough to watch TV from the bed.

Oh....

Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse Not Working

S. Geek got a fancy Bluetooth keyboard and mouse a little while ago and proceeded to set them up. It took a good hour and she eventually got everything to work as intended. The keyboard informs her the currrent weather condition, it has built-in alarm and calculatator, and could possibly cook dinner.

All is well...

Except it fails to wake up the computer from sleep mode. She had to press the Power button everytime she needs to wake up the computer.

S. Geek contacted the product support and help desk and together they tried numerous things to no avail.

Humble Bee comes to the rescue: "So have you tried plugging in the Bluetooth receiver to the actual computer? It's plugged into the monitor now and that's still asleep."

Guess what? It worked.

Eepi or Epi

Geek: I like the "eh-pee" (Epi) leather pattern from LV.
Bee: it's not "eh-pee", it's "eepee"
Geek: "no, the sales lady pronounced it "eh-pee"
Bee: well, is EPIC pronounced "eepeik" or "ehpik"?
Geek and Bee: ... *silence*
Bee: *picks up a glass, takes a sip, looks away, and blushes*

I think it's fair to call this an epic fail.

Humble Bee: Mmm... purple....

Broccoli?

At our local grocery store,
Background info ~ Bee's likable vegetable includes asparagus and others. Bee does not like broccoli or cauliflower.

Bee: "we're getting broccoli?" *puzzled look as he picks up a bunch of asparagus*
Geek: "hm?" *sees a bag of asparagus and looks away*
Geek: "Yes, your favorite vegetable is definitely broccoli".
