Beebee spent half hour trying to load a movie from an external hard drive onto our WD live media player. For some reason, this movie would not show up on the media player even though the file is in fact in the external hard drive and readable on the computer. So of course, with the spirit of finding out the root cause of the problem and not giving up... He spends half hour unplugging the power cord and reset the media player to factory setting, even deleted the file and transferred again to the hard drive... Everything you name it, he tried.
In the end, he wonders to himself out loud, "I wonder if this is a rmvb file because that wound be a fail".
Uh huh. Yes it was. He knew rmvbs don't work!! I guess he just forgot during that half hour period....

Transit Day Ticket fail
Today, Chu purchased a transit day pass for $9 dollars. She paid for it and proceeded to head to Holt for some shopping. One station later, she recall she did not pick up the day pass from the dispenser.
Chu walked back a few blocks only to confirm the pass was gone. Visiting the transit office was useless since they weren't able to help. $9 dollars down the drain :P

Clumsy iPhone day
Today, my beloved fiancée arranged for a meeting in downtown library to sell a retired iPhone 4. In the event of "no parking" because he didn't want to pay the meter, he managed to drag a family member to drive him downtown as he had forgotten Sundays are free parking. All is good up until the minute he drops the phone because he held the box by lid (the bottom fell) and phone screen is cracked.
There we have a buyer waiting to buy a good condition iPhone, he decides to switch a good iPhone (from a family member) for this sale and retain the cracked phone for family use. Of course, this second iPhone had to be reset for security purposes... who knew it would take so long that the library closed on them.
My true love and family finally got home 2 hours later. Either iPhone is to blame for being such cheap quality and slow manufacture reset or it's the user. The phone was sold for the original agreed price but Bee gave up 55% of the sale to the owner of the now cracked phone.
Sad times. Clumsy Bee.
